Aunt Mary’s Meat Loaf Recipe


This is an old family recipe that’s been passed down through the years.  Always a crowd pleaser.


Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef

1/2 cup Cracker Crumbs, medium

2 Eggs, beaten

1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce

1/4 cup Onion, finely chopped

2 Tbsp. Green Pepper, chopped

Dash Dried Thyme, crushed

Dash Dried Marjoram, crushed


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


Directions:

Combine all ingredients and 1 tsp. of salt mixing well.  Shape mixture into a loaf in a

12 x 7 1/2 x 2” baking dish.  Bake for about 1 1/4 hours.
